Pressure Wash Dump Guns for Industrial Cleaning and Car Wash systems

Safety Jet ™ Dump Guns are premium heavy-duty dump guns designed to reroute the flow of water at the gun avoiding pressure spikes and high-pressure re-circulation, which can cause overheating of the pump, resulting in system failure. Safety Jet ™ Dump Guns use a double-barrel design to divert the flow of water around the pressure nozzle to the dump barrel. This reduces the pressure of outflow rather than stopping it, avoiding the need for an unloader valve. This design also allows the dump gun to be used on weep systems.

The double barrel design allows for multiple configurations for output. One option is to install a large orifice fan nozzle in the dump barrel, which provides for high coverage, low-pressure rinsing (a standard feature with model SJ2000 LT). Other options are available.

Safety Jet ™ Dump Guns are manufactured to the highest standards. All models are constructed from billet aluminum. The steel barrels are zinc plated for long life (SJ2000LT barrels are aluminum). All critical fittings are solid brass. Internal bushings are bronze, with stainless steel pistons, fitted with 80 durometer o-rings for watertight seals. Kits are available to rebuild all models.

All dump guns are covered by a limited six (6) month warranty.
