Business Information

CREDIT POLICY
It is our goal to provide service and convenience to our customers with same or next day shipments; but it will also be our policy that shipments must be paid for prior to leaving Team Inc. Shipments can be made on a COD basis, paid in full with VISA or MASTERCARD, or purchased through a credit or leasing company.

Net thirty-day accounts must be applied for through a credit application and approved prior to charges being made to the account. Payment of accounts will be required on or before thirty days from invoice date. Past due accounts will be considered delinquent at sixty days. A 1 1/2 percent per month finance charge will be added to past due accounts.

SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments that will fall within the rules of the United Parcel Service (UPS) will be shipped via UPS with the exception of large items, unless specifically requested otherwise. UPS shipments leave Team Inc. the same or next day. If special shipping is required, please specify at the time of order. Larger items will be shipped by truck with the shipping cost paid by customer. If you have a preferred truck line, please specify at time of order. All shipments will be fob, Brigham City, Utah.

RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted on all stock items if they are returned in new, unused condition within six months of purchase, no restocking fee will be charged. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Special orders and non-stock items are not returnable.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Team, Inc., (manufacturer) at 807 West Forest, Brigham City, Utah, warrants the Safety Jet equipment for a period of six months from date of purchase by the original owner.

This warranty covers workmanship and materials under normal usage. It does not cover defects attributable to misuse, abuse, and/or negligence in its proper and recommended operation. Parts and components manufactured by others will be warranted to the limits of their individual manufacturer warranty only.

Team, Inc., will repair and/or replace per their discretion any defective parts or assemblies. However, it is the owner’s obligation to pay freight costs to and from the factory. Team, Inc., shall not be liable under any circumstances for consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to personal injury or labor costs.

Under no circumstance will Team, Inc., be responsible for any expense in connection with any repairs made by anyone other than the factory or an authorized service facility unless such repairs have been specifically authorized in writing.

A request for warranty authorization must be completed prior to factory giving authorization for warranty
work.

This warranty represents the manufacturer’s position per their warranty and it is to be understood no other is authorized or exists.
